LXUS(深狮喊_LXUS) is a vocal for the DeepVocal engine.
History[]
2013-2020[]
LXUS began as a UTAU back in 2013, known as 冰浪潮/WYRE. However, in 2014, that UTAU was officially discontinued and all distribution of it as stopped. Nobody is supposed to be using it anymore as per terms and conditions (with exceptions permitted by the voice provider)
Later, in 2019, LXUS was being developed alongside WADE, becoming a DeepVocal exclusive. On 17 January 2020, his Japanese voicebank went into open beta and is now available for download. As WADE has both Mandarin and English voicebanks and that the two are developed by the same team, this suggests that LXUS may receive them as well in the future.
2021[]
As of 20th January, LXUS received a voicebank update for better compatibility with the newly released DeepVocal 2 program.
On the 4th April, LXUS' Mandarin voicebank went into Open Beta, going from CVVC to CV as of the release.
On the 28th June 2021, all developed and developing vocals will no longer be produced exclusively for DeepVocal.
2022[]
With the release of VocalSharp, all future voicebank development will be moved to there. However current libraries will be maintained for any potential future release of DeepVocal.
2023[]
As of 24th October, all voicebanks BeastVocal as a development group will cease. This includes WADE, DRAGO, and Lxus. Current libraries will be maintained by Nielon_Saberton for any potential future release of DeepVocal, and bug fixes.
Things to note[]
LEO-VOICE is the official name of the voicebank. LXUS is a mascot meant to represent the voicebank if the user desires to humanize it.

LXUS is a neutral Beastman who likes to read. He wants to help those who cannot sing and give a voice to those who cannot.
Etymology[]
LXUS - It's Lexus, but renamed to only use 4 letters. Pronunciations are not the same.
Translating his Mandarin name directly to English means:
深(shēn) - Deep
狮(shī) - Lion
喊(hǎn) - shout/scream
It basically means "The deep lion that shouts"
Appearance[]
LXUS is a anthropomorphic Lion. His official race is "Lion Man". LXUS' fur is typically light brown and has Neon green eyes. His hair is Neon green, swept backwards to avoid his eyes. His attire typically comprises of a forest green vest with Neon green suspenders, wearing a white shirt underneath. He also wears a Neon green bowtie. He wears a brown belt and forest green long pants, alongside brown shoes. He also carries around a brown cane and has occasionally wear a forest green fedora. Alternatively, he can also look like a image that failed to load due to an error.

- LXUS was built and designed to be WADE's counterpart, being voiced in a low pitch.
- LXUS' error message being an official alternative to the original mascot design is not a joke

- Despite being developed first, LXUS' beta release is significantly later than WADE's.
