Lian Ye Mao (连夜猫 | Lián Yè Māo) is an upcoming vocalist for the DeepVocal engine. She was announced on June 23rd, 2019. She is one of the first vocalists from VOCALTUDE.
History[]
Lian Ye Mao originated as a private voicebank on the UTAU engine, demonstrated in 2016. This voicebank was never released and no news has been heard about it since.
On June 22, 2019, a teaser was posted to Twitter featuring her silhouette alongside Lian Ye Yao's.[1] This was followed up on June 23rd with a teaser video on Twitter.[2]

Her surname, "Lián" (连), means “lotus" in Chinese. "Yè" (夜) means “night”, and "Māo" (猫) is the Chinese word for "cat".
