Daichi Akiba (秋葉大地 | あきばだいち) is a male voicebank with a kind of husky voice.
History[]
Akiba Daichi was first announced to UTAU as Ufane Makoto on June 21, 2017.
On September 13, 2020, he was announced to have a Japanese voicebank for DeepVocal, but due to Daichi's busy voice provider, there was no demo.
In addition to the Japanese voicebank, a Chinese voicebank is planned.
Concept/Character Ideas[]
Daichi is a calm and quiet teenager, sometimes he can be stubborn. He is an introvert, but likes to take care of his friends.
Etymology[]
Notation of the name of this character has no real meaning, the name was invented by chance.
The name was originally was supposed to be "Big autumn leaf on the ground", but the name was given by literal meaning of translation, which makes no real sense.
秋 (aki) - Autumn
葉 (ba) - Leaf
大 (dai) - Big
地 (chi) - Ground/Earth
Appearance[]
Daichi's design initially was created in the game Gacha Club. Then Daichi got an art from HappyApple.
He usually wears a dark gray sweatshirt and slightly dark jeans and an orange leaf on his head. On cold days, he wears the same dark gray sweatshirt and slightly dark jeans, but a black jacket is added to all this.
He has different colors for each eye:
One is orange, the other is blue
