Akane Inari (朱音イナリ) is a Japanese vocal for Sharpkey.

History

In early September 2018, Akane Inari's Closed Beta library was distributed to 10 applicants.^{^[1]} Her Sharpkey voicebank was released on September 28th.

Due to a hardware malfunction, Inari is not compatible with any editor but the orignal Sharpkey editor. She will be updated, however it is undecided when.

Concept

Etymology

"朱"- "vermillion" or "red".

"音"- common in surnames of UTAUs. Inspired by the Crypton format and means "sound".

"イナリ"- Japanese female name meaning "successful one". Also the name of the Shinto protector of rice that is associated with foxes and the color red.
